Petrosky gives you 7 day moneyback guarantee on Monthly subscriptions under the following conditions:

New Accounts:

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. Customers who have had an account with us, canceled and signed up again will not be eligible for this policy. If an existing customer has opened a second account with us, their second account is also not eligible for this refund policy. Any upgrades of service within the first 7 days cancels your eligibility of refunds. 

Accounts Canceled/Terminated by Petrosky:

Petrosky holds the right to cancel or suspend any service at any time. If the cancellation or suspension was made because of the violation of our Terms of Service (TOS), no refund would be provided. If an existing customer of more than a month, faces such cancellation upon TOS violations, they would also not be eligible for refunds.

Will your information be shared with anyone?

As mentioned – One refund event on your first account is given per customer. Under no circumstances we will allow multiple refunds to be paid to the same person. 

Cancellation Process

To obtain the refund, write to us at [email protected] within the first 7 days of the purchase with a proof of purchase and to let us know immediately that you immediately wish to cancel your service and are requesting your money back. Custom plans or packages and promotional packages are not eligible for refunds. 

Refund in 7-10 Business days:

Our team will confirm your request and terminate your service. After the termination all refunds will be processed within 7-10 days

Abuse of Policy:

Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy. No refunds will be issued if any customer is noticed to abuse our stated policies and we are forced to suspend or terminate your services prematurely.. All of these policies are to mitigate fraud and abuse of our generous 7 day money back guarantee.
