Always help, anytime I have ever had an issue! If I can't figure it out just so awesome to be able to message them and get the support I need. Like I forgot to pay my bill last month, messaged them got my bill extended til next payday.

A USA VPS is a virtual private server hosted in an American datacenter. PetroSky does not have a U.S. location yet, but it is coming soon. Our Quebec datacenter is the closest alternative, with low latency to the U.S. East Coast and strong connectivity across North America.

Yes. Every PetroSky VPS includes full root (Linux) or administrator (Windows) access. You have complete control over your server, including software installation and configuration.
