Quels ports sont ouverts par défaut sur mon VPS ?
Tous. Vous pouvez restreindre les ports de votre serveur en configurant le pare-feu ou vos règles IPTables. Notre équipe support peut vous aider : il vous suffit de la contacter.
Est-il possible de changer l'adresse IP de mon VPS ?
Oui. Chaque serveur est livré avec une adresse IPv4 statique. Vous pouvez commander une IP supplémentaire ou changer votre IP actuelle pour 2 € depuis le panneau de contrôle.
Quels systèmes d'exploitation sont disponibles chez PetroSky ?
Nous proposons Windows Server (2022 et 2025, optimisé pour la performance) sans frais de licence, ainsi que des distributions Linux dont Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS et AlmaLinux. Toutes les images d'OS sont maintenues à jour.
Le trafic est-il limité chez PetroSky ?
Aucun plafond strict. La bande passante est non mesurée selon un principe d'usage raisonnable — chaque serveur dispose d'une connexion 10 Gbps et nous ne facturons jamais le trafic.

Oui. Nous appliquons une politique de remboursement de 7 jours. Si le service ne répond pas à vos besoins au cours des 7 premiers jours, contactez le support pour un remboursement intégral.
Votre hébergement ignore-t-il les demandes DMCA ?
Non. PetroSky respecte les exigences du DMCA. Toute activité abusive ou illégale sur nos serveurs entraîne la suspension du compte.
